Partial Solar Eclipse - The Moon passes partially in front of the Sun during a partial solar eclipse. THis solar eclipse occurred on November 3, 2013. In other parts of the world, a total eclipse could be seen, but from Lebanon, only a partial eclipse occurred. This series of pictures shows the Sun from start to past mid-eclipse from my location. These pictures were taken through my 8 inch telescope, fitted of course with a solar filter.
